Hi, my name is James. My story is a simple one. I love to cook and create in the kitchen. I have been making refrigerated cheesecakes for well over ten years, passing them out as Christmas gifts to family and friends. Every year I hear the same words, "You should sell these cheesecakes!"  I average 15 to 20 pies during the holidays and now I want to make them available year round. Because cheesecake is such a rich dessert and most people can only handle a small amount at a time, I thought, “Why not make individual servings so people can enjoy them in moderation?” My itty bitty 4oz jars are the perfect fit for this. My flavor menu will expand as I hope my company will. I look forward to serving you, your family and friends one great, itty bitty dessert at a time.
